These terms govern your purchase of vehicle history reports from [COMPANY LLC] ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them.
A single digital report for one VIN, delivered electronically. The report aggregates records from third-party data sources, including NMVTIS and NHTSA public data. We do not create these records and cannot guarantee their completeness or accuracy.
Reports are generated automatically and are normally delivered within one minute of payment. If generation fails, you receive an automatic refund — no request required.
See the Refund Policy. In short: if we cannot produce a report for your VIN, you are refunded in full, automatically.
This report is not a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.) and may not be used, in whole or in part, for employment, credit, insurance, housing or tenancy decisions, or for any other purpose that requires a consumer report. You may use it only for your own personal, non-commercial evaluation of a vehicle you are considering buying.
The report is provided "as is". Vehicle records are reported by third parties, may be delayed, incomplete or contain errors. We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law. Verify material facts with an authorised dealer before purchase.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including purchase decisions made in reliance on the report.
