Your email address (to deliver the report), the VIN you submit, payment details processed by our payment provider, and basic technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for fraud prevention.
We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, driver's licence number, or any government identifier.
To generate and deliver your report, to process payment, to handle refunds and disputes, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Payment processing, vehicle data providers, email delivery and hosting. Each receives only what is necessary to perform its function.
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Reports are retained for [30] days so you can re-download them, then deleted.
